Fully Structured Training Programs

Matthew Scott Personal Training is a rolling membership, consisting of new workout programs each month. I will design your workout based on your goals and your feedback. Every program is built to help you gain strength and muscle size, for both novice and intermediate lifters. The exercises, rep schemes, and program structures will change from month to month, so no two training blocks will be the same, and you will receive detailed instructions about how to perform each exercise safely and effectively.

Video Review and Technique Feedback

Get technical feedback and ask any questions related to your workout. Lifting technique is the most important training variable that we can control to improve your chances of success building strength and muscle.

Video Tutorials

Members will be granted access to an extensive library of video tutorials to provide them instruction on each of the exercises included in the program, along with thorough descriptions of proper technique.

My Services

In-Person Training (Seattle Area)

Meet me twice weekly (M-F, 6am-9am, 3pm-9pm) at a gym south of Seattle for a one-hour session of coaching 100% personalized to your needs and goals. Let me show you the clear steps to get the body you want, using reliable techniques adapted to your learning style and your speed. You will feel confident and in control at the gym with professional direction and support. The first session is my gift to you: a fun, personalized, focused workout with me will be enough to convince you to come back! After that, I'm $560 for 8 in person sessions (that’s $70 a session).

For those who aren't able to get to me in person, this is your best option for experienced online training.

First, we'll schedule a video call; a relatively short call as an introduction so you can tell me what you need, and I can walk you through what I do. For the second, I'll ask that you bring your phone, a headset (or earbuds with microphone), and a tripod with you to the gym so I can see the space and equipment you'll be using, and we can figure out together the best use of our time. This first call will be my gift to you: I'm confident that once you see what it's like to work with me, you'll agree that $140 per month is fair. This will give you 4 video calls, coaching on all your lifting needs, plus access to monthly, personalized workout plans complete with a full workout guide!

Just the Plans, Man!

Easiest of all: we'll go over, via Messenger or email, what equipment your gym has, you tell me your goals, what you're already doing, and what needs work, and I'll send you workout charts, along with my thoughts on how to get the most out of your gym time.

Pricing on this one is easy: $60/month for written consultations and workout plans designed to hit your goals, whether email or written conversation (with occasional video chats as needed for clarity).

This will include charts and written descriptions of exercises and customized month workout plans.

If you feel you need a little more, we can also add on up to 2 video-coaching sessions for a discount rate of $40 per session.
